Yoga at Grand Central at Milam

Join Dana for the Wednesday Yoga Wakeup at Grand Central at Milam from June 12 to August 28, 2024. Classes are held weekly on Wednesdays from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on the yoga lawn, weather permitting. Each class costs $25. Register online to secure your spot, or walk in if space allows. Classes will pause after August 28 and resume in October.


Summer Art Show at Fredericksburg Art Guild

Visit the Summer Art Show at the Fredericksburg Art Guild from June 6 to September 1, 2024. The exhibit is open to the public on Sundays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 308 E. Austin St., Fredericksburg, TX. Admission is free. The Fredericksburg Art Guild aims to educate, encourage, promote, and cultivate fine arts in the Texas Hill Country.


Grape Stomp at Becker Vineyards

Join Becker Vineyards for the Annual Grape Stomp on August 31 and September 1, 2024. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Saturday and from 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Sunday at 464 Becker Farms Road, Stonewall, TX. This free event celebrates the grape harvest with traditional grape stomping—no reservations required, first come, first served. Children are welcome to stomp grapes with a parent. On Sunday at 3 p.m., participate in the Lucy & The Italian Woman Costume Contest, inspired by the famous "I Love Lucy" episode. Grape Stomp at Arrowhead Creek Vineyards

Experience a classic grape stomping at Arrowhead Creek Vineyards on August 31, 2024, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 13502 E US Highway 290, Stonewall, TX. Admission is $40, or $30 for Wine Club Members, and includes grape stomping, a t-shirt, and a glass of wine.


Grape Stomp at Wildseed Farms

Join the fun at Wildseed Farms for their Annual Grape Stomp, running from August 3 to August 31, 2024. The event takes place on Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sundays from noon to 5 p.m. at 100 Legacy Dr, Fredericksburg, TX. For $45 per person, you can enjoy grape stomping, keep a souvenir shirt with your grape-stomping footprints, and sip on a complimentary glass of wine. Reservations can be made online or in person.


Pork Rib Showdown at Luckenbach

Head to Luckenbach Texas on August 31, 2024, for the Pork Rib Showdown. The event runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 412 Luckenbach Town Loop, Fredericksburg, TX, and features a pork rib cook-off, live music, and family-friendly fun. The contest winners will be announced at 4 p.m. Admission is free.


"Reading with a Ranger" at the Sauer-Beckmann Living History Farm

Join the inaugural "Reading with a Ranger" at the Sauer-Beckmann Living History Farm on August 31, 2024, from 9:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. at 199 State Park Road 52, Stonewall, TX. A ranger will read a nature-themed children's book and then lead a fun nature activity. This family-friendly event is free to attend.


Special Outpost: For King and Country at the National Museum of the Pacific War

On August 31, 2024, the National Museum of the Pacific War will present a special outpost event titled "For King & Country" from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM at the Pacific Combat Zone, located at 508 E. Austin St, Fredericksburg, TX. This free program will delve into the role of the British 14th Army, the "Forgotten Army," in the China-Burma-India theatre, focusing on their efforts to block Japanese expansion into India. Attendees can join sessions at 11:30 AM, 12:00 PM, 1:30 PM, 2:00 PM, and 2:30 PM. No tickets are required for entry.
