Seven years ago, Tina obtained her real estate license in Midland, TX, assisting buyers and sellers of residential and commercial properties. She earned the Bronze Award for Production in her first full year and in 2015 bought and remodeled a 1940s farmhouse in Fredericksburg.
Tina relocated to Fredericksburg several years ago, now assisting clients with primary homes, vacation homes, "forever" homes, and land. Her diverse experience includes working with first-time buyers, Veterans, relocation companies, investors, and foreign buyers and sellers.
Tina's passion for real estate began early, helping her parents maintain rental properties. She owned a rental home in Houston and remodeled four properties, including the farmhouse, now a B&B managed by Absolute Charm B&B + Vacation Rentals.
Her first language was German, influenced by her mother, a WWII survivor who immigrated to the U.S. Tina holds an M.A. in Political Science/International Relations from Texas Tech University and served as a civil servant, traveling to 39 countries. Clients appreciate Tina's honesty, patience, and area knowledge.
She believes in working within a client's budget, negotiating for the best price, and aggressive marketing for sellers.
Outside of real estate, Tina enjoys reading about investing, training for running competitions, attending air shows, and caring for her rescue cats. She volunteers at the Fredericksburg SPCA and serves as a backup driver for Meals on Wheels. Tina is conversant in Spanish.
